What we collect

If you email us, we receive the information you send. Purchases are completed at our Shopify store, which receives the contact, payment, and shipping information needed to process your order. Our hosting and security providers also process requests needed to serve and protect the site.

How we use it

We use the information you send to respond to your message, correct or improve a page, and fulfill and support any order. We do not use the educational content you read to build a profile about your health.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers required to operate the site or fulfill an order, and only to the extent they need it for that purpose.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, our first-party measurement records a temporary random visit ID, page paths, page views, product clicks, store clicks, and a traffic-source label derived from campaign tags or the referring website. A visit expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not include form entries, search terms, full referral URLs, or raw IP addresses in this activity database. Pages on this site discuss pregnancy and health, so their paths can indicate the topics you read.

When Google Analytics is enabled, the same optional choice also allows the Google Analytics tag to measure page views and product clicks. The tag can set its own analytics cookies and sends page information to Google. Advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Query strings and full referral paths are not sent in our configured page-view events. Google describes its processing in its privacy policy.

Store attribution

When analytics is allowed, a product checkout link can carry the random visit ID to our store. A signed store notification may associate a paid order with that visit. The site dashboard keeps the order identifier, date, total, currency, and available source or landing-page attribution. It discards customer names, addresses, contact information, and the rest of the order payload. Some purchases cannot be attributed, and we do not guess a missing traffic source.

Storage and retention

Your browser stores your analytics preference and, when allowed, the temporary visit ID. First-party event details and inactive visit records are removed after 90 days by a daily cleanup. The site dashboard retains order attribution for up to one year. Checkout records in Shopify have their own retention settings. Authorized staff accounts use a secure session cookie, and clinician sign-offs are retained in an audit history with the article version reviewed. We use Vercel for hosting and Cloudflare for the private dashboard database.

Your choices

Choose “Keep essential only” to browse without optional analytics. You can change or withdraw your choice using “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of any public page. We honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping optional analytics off. Withdrawal stops new optional measurement; it does not automatically identify and erase earlier visit records.
