Pregnancy Smart exists because the most common questions in an obstetric visit, can I eat this, can I take this, is this symptom normal, are also the hardest to answer well on the internet. The answers that rank are often vague, uncited, or written to frighten. We build the opposite: a library of 1527 answer-first pages where the verdict comes in the first sentence, every clinical claim cites a checkable primary source, and the evidence is honest about its own limits.

The founder

Board-certified OB/GYN and practicing physician since 2007. Founded Pregnancy Smart after years of caring for pregnant patients and seeing firsthand how difficult it is to find supplement options that feel both safe and helpful during pregnancy. How the library works

Every page follows the same discipline. The direct answer opens the page. Claims cite MotherToBaby, ACOG, CDC, NIH, FDA, or peer-reviewed literature, and the citations are rendered so you can check them. Mixed or thin evidence rounds the verdict down, never up.
