What does the evidence say about fundal height measurement timing during pregnancy?

  1. A clinical review describes the uterine fundus near the pubic symphysis at 12 weeks, midway to the umbilicus at 16 weeks, and at the umbilicus around 20 weeks. After 20 weeks, fundal height in centimeters roughly corresponds to gestational weeks, with multiple factors limiting precision. 1
